DELIVERY POLICY
When placing an order with SABINA MUSAYEV, please provide a delivery address where delivery can occur safely and securely without risk of loss, damage, or theft. Once merchandise is delivered, you or someone you should trust should be able to retrieve it
promptly, Neither SABINA MUSAYEV nor its carriers are responsible for damage, loss or theft that occurs after the carrier reports delivery to the address provided during checkout. SABINA MUSAYEV reserves the right to suspend delivery to any address or customer that SABINA MUSAYEV determines to present a risk of loss, damage, theft, fraud, or abuse.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE
Delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation in business days.

The order must have been shipped to an eligible address. The guaranteed delivery date is only applicable to the initial delivery address selected by the customer.

- Your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment must be processed before the “order in” countdown timer on the checkout page.
- The guarantee does not apply, and a refund of the delivery charge will not be available, when a delivery attempt by the guaranteed date cannot be made due to an unforeseen circumstance outside the control of SABINA MUSAYEV or our carriers, which may include labor unrest, natural disasters, or severe weather events, including storms.
- Please note that carrier delivery scans may not always be accurate.
- An attempted delivery on or before the end of the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee, as does an offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the end of the guaranteed delivery date.
