At SABINA MUSAYEV, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 28 ‭‬days from the date of shipment.

Once your returned shipment is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

RETURNS FEE 
You'll be charged a return fee, based on your location. The total return fee will be displayed in the Returns portal before you complete your return and will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS ONLY
Please note that all returns will be processed as refunds, as we currently do not offer exchanges.

INSPECTION OF FAULTY INTEMS 
If you received a faulty or misdescribed item, please contact our Customer Experience team, so we can arrange a free return. Please note that all returned faulty items will be inspected to confirm the manufacturing fault.

RETURN POLICY:
- In order for SABINA MUSAYEV to accept a return, the item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, saleable and with all tickets attached.
- SABINA MUSAYEV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns and exchanges from customers https://sabinamusayev.eu with unreasonable return histories.
- SABINA MUSAYEV reserves the right to set limitations on the number of items that may be purchased in any order or series of orders. SABINA MUSAYEV reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, prohibit purchases and/or returns of products by resellers customers or bulk purchasers. Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final sale (no exchange or return privileges will be granted).
